9-9 this day will be reminded me when i got best services from MCD, the queue so crowded we ordered thru MCD standing Tab, and the amazingly our food came fast, very lovely. Thanks MCD

Small place but comfy, hey..if you sell ice cream in beach, who can avoid the charm. Kids always asking you to buy them the ice cream. Located in very strategic place and you can get there and easily spotted. Somehow this place always crowded.

Well ..as the fast food restaurant in front of the beach,full of customer all day until night......great service when I order ten ice cream ,is not until 10 minutes for my nephews and sistaaa..well done Thank you The waitress is kind and helpful...I love it...because this restaurant also serve our favourite menu.....and until 8 pm is ok..

Small outlet but quick service, this MCD branch inside AncoL have outdoor seatings with Beach views, great place to feed your tummy after morning jogging or strolling along the beach, Opening hours also as early as 6am.

- Customer Relations -

McDonald's always have their standard of restaurants and foods. This one located inside of Ancol beside the beach. They provide indoor and outdoor seating. The place is full with people to purchase quick meals. But this McDonald's doesn't have a drive through. So you'll need to queue. During my visit there's only 1 cashier to served.

The place is not big. So, takeouts are suggested. U pay from a machine outside, inside, or at the counters. Taste is as expected as it is at other McDonald's places. The price is too. But, I guess service needs improvement. For drinks, plastic waterproof bags are more appropriate than paper ones. Btw, no toilets inside. U have to go to public toilets nearby. Don't forget to bring your own toiletries.
